On tonight´s episode I like to present you tracks from the german electronic musician Ulrich Schnauss. Deeply influenced by Edgar Froese and his way of thinking about composing, he creates soundscapes of exceptionally depth and wideness, sometimes in combination with hypnotic beat-sequences.
He´s also well known for his remixes, and I came in contact with his music by listening to his version of the Depeche Mode hit „Little 15“ which is one of the best remixes I know so far (and therefore part of this mix);
It´s the simplicity within the complexity of his tracks – you think that´s a contradiction? Just listen to his music and you will agree. So, enjoy the sounds!
