S Y N D A E
Syndae is an independent podcast on electronic music of ambient, space, new age, harmonic, traditional, progressive, and rhythmic style, not directly including electronic dance music. The goal of Syndae is to make aware of fine electronic music, by providing enjoyable episodes with well known and not yet well known artists from around the world, and to promote events of the electronic music scene, by dedicating episodes to selected artists of such an event. Host of the show is Stefan, an enthusiast of electronic music, who likes to spread the word and sound of synth.
I got in contact with syndae through Facebook and since then Stefan played my tracks in several podcasts, helping me to spread the (electronic) word :-). He´s a nice guy to talk with and I´m glad to know him and I highly appreciate his support! It´s good to see people like him working for the electronic music scene, as talking with him you realize, that he loves that music scene.
If you like intelligent electronic music – head over to Syndae!

Sequences was born out of the demise of the very first UK electronic music audio magazine, Inkeys, a springboard for many global musicians to be heard for the first time and the short lived Syntrax and became the number one UK electronic music magazine. First published in 1992 as a audio cassette, then as a A4 magazine with a compilation CD with ever issue. Since the beginning of 2012 they’ve had over 138,000 hits to their site, which was upgraded at the same time in 2012. Mick Garlick has been in Electronic music for over 45 years now, from the early experimental sounds of Karl Heinz Stockhausen, the German scene in the 70’s with Tangerine Dream, Ashra, Klaus Schulze, Robert Schroeder etc. through to some of the more modern, trance, chill-out, ambient music, although they stay away from techno, dance, d.j. mixes, house and the more pop orientated stuff.
Mick and his team are always on the lookout to find new and interesting musicians to preview on our shows, with listeners all round the globe. They are a non profit outfit, making waves in the music industry for a very underrated genre in electronic music. If you are a musician interested in having some of your music previewed on our podcasts and to a global audience, do get in touch.
Through Soundcloud I came in contact with Mick – the „CEO“ of the great Sequences team. Right from the beginning of my conversations with him, I realized that there is a nice – totally straightforward – guy at the end of the line who is totally interested in new electronic sounds. I can not tell you how happy I was when I was part of one of his podcast for the first time … Through the years he supported me by playing my music in serveral podcasts and in 2014 I was allowed to create a remix of the original Sequences-opening-theme! Thank you Mick for your support over all the years! Beside the chance being played on his podcast, you also will be presented in the nice pdf-documents they create for each show!
So, if you are interested in new electronic sounds by artists from all over the world you better listen to Sequences. Available on Soundcloud, Mixcloud, Facebook, iTunes and on their website.
